Forms FAQ

What file format are your printable forms and planner inserts?

All printables that are sold through my online shop have been converted to PDF format.

What software do you recommend to view and print?

I recommend using Adobe Acrobat Reader to open and print your forms.  Download a free copy here from the Adobe website.

Are the printable forms or planner inserts editable?

At this point in time all my printable forms and planner inserts cannot be edited.  They have been designed to be printed, and filled out by hand.

What sizes are the forms or planner inserts available in?

Each product comes in three different sizes. A4 ( metric ),  Letter ( Imperia ) and A5  which is a popular size made by Kikki K and Filofax planners.

A5 forms look different compared to the US letter or A4.

Due to the smaller size which is roughly half of A4 or Letter the formatting will be slightly different for some forms. at with the paper in mind so the larger version will have a lot more Fields or maybe set out slightly different to what the A5 version would be.

How do I print the out my forms or planner inserts?

My printables have been designed to be printed at home, perfect for the DIY photographer.

The minimalistic design will save ink.  So these forms and planner inserts are perfect for home printing and print off small quantities at home.

The printables are standard sizes and can be printed at Kinkos, Officeworks or Staples. Especially helpful if you’re doing the daily planner inserts or a large amount of forms.

Printing at home instructions.

Setting up the printer:

Load the correct paper size in your printer

If you are using the A5 templates.  I highly recommend you cut the paper before printing.

Also if you are printing double sided.  I suggest that you print your odd pages first,  then turn over and put back into the printer and print the even pages.

  2. Go to File | Print
